    we are committed to making your membership as easy and carefree for you, and dont want you to feel locked in, especially if unforeseen circumstances arise! All you need to do is reach out and we can sort it out. Please see full membership terms and conditions below

    Membership Terms & Conditions

    We are flexible and always happy to work it out with customers if they are unable to fulfill their membership commitments, please always feel free to reach out to discuss if you have any queries or concerns, we will always be more than happy to accomodate your requests as best as we can.

    We have an 8 week minimum membership term set out by The Skin Bar.

    Your membership can be paused after 4 weeks, please just let us know with as much notice as possible. We're flexible and are committed to work with you to make it work.

    There is a 6 hour cancellation/reschedule window that applies to all sessions. No shows and late cancels will be charged a $25 fee. Please ensure to let us know if you cant make your treatmemnt with as much notice as possible! This will allow us to make your appointment available to another customer :)

    Your membership can be cancelled after the initial 8 week commitment. We will require 2 weeks notice in writing required to cancel or pause your membership, or if due to unforeseen circumstances please feel free to let us know - We understand things happen and we are always more than happy to work it out with you!

    If you wish to cancel before completing your initial 8-week minimum commitment, there is a 50% fee of the remaining balance. We're happy to work it out if things pop up and you cannot fulfill your commitment, please just let us know :)

    Your membership is for you only and cannot be shared between family and friends, only the person listed on the account is able to use the treatments.

    In the event that your payment fails, you will be notified and we will require you to hold off on any appointments until your payment has gone through.
