Refund policy


At The Skin Bar, our goal is to deliver expert care and support to every client throughout their skincare journey. We are committed to achieving the best possible results and providing solutions when concerns arise. This policy has been designed to ensure fairness, set clear expectations, and protect the integrity of our services.

Treatments:

No Refunds for Change of Mind 
We do not offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Perceived Lack of Results
The Skin Bar does not guarantee specific outcomes. Every skin type is unique, and results can vary based on a range of biological and lifestyle factors. While our team will work diligently to achieve optimal outcomes, refunds will not be granted on the basis of dissatisfaction with results alone.

Treatment Credits & Transfers
If a client is unhappy with their current treatment plan or changes their skincare goals, we are happy to transfer prepaid treatments or packages into credit that may be used toward other treatments of equal or lesser value. These must be redeemed within their original expiry time frame. Please note; packages cannot be split to use between clients. Packages are allocated to one individual.

Medical Exceptions
In the event of a medical concern or reaction, clients must provide a formal letter or certificate from a licensed GP or dermatologist. This document must clearly state that, in their professional opinion, the issue is a direct result of a treatment performed at The Skin Bar. All cases will be reviewed individually. The Skin Bar will aim to accommodate genuine concerns; however, we reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion. Please note; no refunds on completed treatments will be considered more than 30 days after the treatment was performed.

Products:

Strictly No Refunds or Exchanges
Once a product has left the care of The Skin Bar, if unopened we are able to offer an exchange for another product or credit voucher. We are unable to offer a refund in any circumstances. If opened, we are unable to offer any exchange or refund - this applies to both online and in-clinic purchases.

Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be issued where a product is faulty, damaged, or an error has been made by The Skin Bar team.
