Cancellation Policy

For years, even during and after COVID, we avoided implementing a Cancellation Policy, even when many other clinics did. However, as our skin community has grown, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are severely impacting other clients having fair access to appointments.

To continue providing the best experience for all our clients, we are introducing a new cancellation policy at The Skin Bar. All bookings will now require a card on file. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or results in a no-show, a $60 cancellation fee will be charged.

We understand plans change, so we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to adjust your booking. Without this notice or in the case of a no-show, the cancellation fee will apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate emergencies. 

We are not taking a deposit - this is simply a measure to reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
