Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Business" refers to The Skin Bar whose Instagram handle is @the_skinbar. The "Prize" refers to: 
  - 2 x $1,500 Flight Centre travel voucher
  - $2,000 luxury accommodation voucher
  - 2 x $2,000 Skin Bar treatment package
  - 2 x $499 premium skincare package).
  
  
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 14 July, 2026. One (1) winner in New South Wales, Queensland or Victoria will be selected at random by The Business on 15 July, 2026 and the winner will be notified on this date.
  
• The Business competitions with entry via Instagram and email signup are open only to residents of New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
  
  
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  
  
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
  
  
• Employees of The Business are not eligible to enter.
  
  
• Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  
  
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @the_skinbar and following this Instagram profile.
  
  
• Bonus entries will be included for signing up to The Business VIP list via webpage.
  
  
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, through random selector, Simplier.
  
  
• The Business will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Business takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  
  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Business liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
  
  
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Business shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Business and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  
  
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Businessr reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  
  
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Business if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
  
  
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Business reasonable control, the Business reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  
  
• The Business decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Business after the winner has been selected, unless requested otherwise.
  
  
• The Flight Centre travel voucher and accommodation voucher are subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, booking conditions, availability, blackout dates, cancellation policies and other restrictions. The winner is responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements and for any additional costs not expressly included in the Prize, including but not limited to transport, meals, spending money, travel insurance, upgrades, changes, cancellations and incidental expenses. The Business is not responsible for any loss, delay, cancellation, injury, illness or other issue arising from the winner’s use of the travel or accommodation component of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
