What is RF Needling?
RF is a skin rejuvenation treatment using a combination of microneedles and radiofrequency to stimulate maximum collagen and elastin production.
How does RF Needling work in with my regular needling?
For 3 months the RF Needling would replace your traditional monthly skin needling sessions. After your 3 x RF sessions, you can then continue on with regular monthly skin treatments whilst alternating with RF treatments.
Do I need to have a clear schedule after my RF Skin Needling treatment?
This treatment is great to do before an event for lifting, firming and definition!
Our RF Needling treatment has no downtime, no pain and you can apply a mineral make up immediately post treatment. You can go to the gym the next day, and no one will notice you have had a treatment.
When can I expect to see RF Skin Needling results?
Lifting and firming results are seen instantly. Skin texture improvements can be seen 2 weeks after the treatment and continue to improve each week.

Generally not. There is less discomfort than skin needling.
Can I do RF Skin Needling if I have congestion or breakouts?
Yes, we will assess your skin always on the day to ensure you are suitable. We find this treatment effective for congestion and minor acne, not suitable however for cystic acne.
How many RF Skin Needling sessions should I do?
We recommend doing 3 x monthly sessions. If you have deeper lines and wrinkles we would recommend 4-6 monthly sessions.
Can I do RF Skin Needling if I have sensitive skin?
Yes you can - sensitive skin is suitable, if your skin is inflamed or there are areas of broken skin, we may suggest improving the barrier with 2-3 LED treatments prior to your first RF Needling session.
Can I do RF Skin Needling if I have botox & fillers?
Yes, if you have had botox or fillers, you need to wait 10 days to then have RF Needling.

Do I need to prep my skin for RF Needling?
Not typically, unless treating a melasma, hypopigmentation or acne concern. We recommend calling us, and we can answer any questions you may have in regards to this. Every skin is different.
What is the aftercare for RF Needling?
No active ingredients for 3 days post treatment. You can resume your normal skincare routine from day 4.
