Terms and Conditions for Instagram Giveaway


  1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the LA Trip Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") organised by The Skin Bar Pty Ltd t/as The Skin Bar ("Organiser"). By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.


  1. Eligibility

2.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia based in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organiser, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.


  1. Giveaway Period

3.1. The Giveaway begins on May 30 at 5pm and ends on July 1 at 4pm ("Giveaway Period").

  1. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

  1. Follow @the_skinbar and @bottao on Instagram.
  2. Like the Giveaway post.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post. Multiple entries are allowed, but each separate comment must tag a different friend and include why you should be chosen as the winners.

4.2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Giveaway.


  1. Prize

5.1. The prize ("Prize") includes:

  1. $6,500 travel voucher to cover flights and hotels for 2 people.
  2. Two packs of 6 skin needling sessions.
  3. $1000 worth of Bottao skincare.

5.2. The Prize must be redeemed for travel in 2024. Blackout dates may apply.


5.3. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.


5.4. All additional costs and expenses associated with the Prize, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, visas, transport to and from the departure airport, and any other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for researching USA entry requirements and the Organiser will not be held responsible for any issues with the winners entering the USA.


  1. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1. The winners will be selected by a panel of TSB judges from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and entrants must both be following The Skin Bar on Instagram. 

6.2 The criteria for shortlisting eligible entries will be based on the originality and authenticity of your comment, your love for your skin, your friends and travel. 

6.2. The winner is at liberty to share the prize with whomever they like and for the avoidance of doubt the ‘tagged friend’ is not considered the Winner of the Prize. 

6.3. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 14 days of the Giveaway end date. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.


  1. Prize Claim

7.1. The winner may be required to provide identification and proof of eligibility to claim the Prize.

7.2. The winner must provide all necessary information within 14 days of being notified as the winner.


  1. General Conditions

8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in the event of any technical, fraudulent, or other difficulties that compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.


8.2. The Organiser's decision on any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.


8.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or any other problems that may cause an entry to be lost, damaged, or delayed.


  1. Publicity

9.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.


  1. Privacy

10.1. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Organiser's privacy policy, available at www.theskinbar.com.au


  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the Prize.


  1. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
